Aja Toscano (she/her) is the founder of Pond Productions, specializing in creative producing and talent casting in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
Passionate about the community, fashion, art, and the islands that raised her, we collaborate with brands to take a concept and make it a reality. Although Honolulu is frequently perceived as a small pond, we view it as a dynamic hub of creative potential—an ideal environment to spotlight talent, foster collaboration, and grow with, as Pond Productions expands.
From casting to photo and video production, we have worked with artists and global brands including Nike, Jacquemus, Saturdays NYC, Kona Brewing Co., FLUX Hawaiʻi, First Hawaiian Bank, and Billabong to help make their vision possible with efficiency and conscientiousness.
